How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Michael Lombard Modern Moto Jacket is handmade from our finest pattern designers. This process is time consuming and takes 7-10 days per order.
What does it mean to place a pre-order?
Pre-orders are for items not yet available or not in stock. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out to you as soon as it's available
The size or color I want says Sold Out. Can I still order it?
All sizes and colors are displayed online. If the item says Sold Out, you can send us an email specifying what item you want. These are handmade and we can make a jacket for you once paid for. Please Contact Us.
If I ordered the wrong item/size by mistake, can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it's placed online but within the first day of this happens you need to Contact Us immediately so we can get it corrected.
I changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
Because these are custom made items specifically for your order, you may only cancel your order within the first 2 days.
I bought an item on sale, but did not use it. May I return it for a refund?
All items purchased on sale are only eligible for an exchange. Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund.
